Had a pleasant stay for a weekend, will definitely go again next time. The staff where superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating and assisted with private parking. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, for example, a prominent public square was not too far away from the hotel.

Perfect for a couple seeking a good stay
Arriving at the hotel was a pleasant surprise when the staff welcomed us like family and offered us complimentary drinks to refresh after our journey also the breakfast spread was very nice with so many options I had a hard time deciding what to try first.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still reasonable for the quality we received.

It's very good.
The parking lot is very small. I had to pay 54 euros for parking for two nights.

The included breakfast is above par for most European hotels and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
No air conditioning and the street noise is load through the open, screenless windows. This hotel is a better choice in cooler months.

Upon our arrival, the hotel staff made us feel welcome. Registration was very fast because the paper work was already prepared. Our room was clean and it looked similar to the photos posted. Wireless signal was good. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! The staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. They always made sure that the serving trays were not empty. As far as the neighborhood, we did not feel threatened. Since the hotel is close to the main train station, a lot of foot traffic is to be expected.
Our room was facing the street so we heard the traffic noise. Closing the window was an option, but the room was already warm. Lowering the outside blinds(Jalousette) cut down the noise. Like the other reviews, the bed was a bit on the soft side, but after a long sightseeing day in Munich, we managed to sleep. Unfortunately, on our last day, the lift was not working. We had to carry our bags down. However, they did offer help for those that needed their bags to be brought down. When the lift was working, the hotel staff posted the weather forecast and public transportation ticket prices (in English/German) inside the lift.

The lobby's cozy decor, and its accessibility was great for seniors like me. I loved the complimentary hot drinks station, perfect for warming up after a chilly day.
More seating in common areas would be helpful.
